It Always Rains For A Really Good Cause (Ages 2 - 6yrs.) Follow along with Emily and her once sunny play day which takes a most undesirable turn due to a rainstorm. Birds, Gold, Cats, Hawks & Dreams (Ages 2 - 8yrs.) features Emily at bedtime as she listens to a new story involving a family of birds —mother, father, two sisters and a brother— who lived a happy, comfortable nest life.

The story opens with preparations for the three siblings to take flight and begin building their nests. To each little bird, a bag of gold is given along with sage advice—first, the importance of nest building, and second, living safely from the two local nemesis, known to capture little birds in order to make delicious stew. It is good advice…but not all the little birds choose to follow it.

It is a cautionary tale aimed at fostering responsibility, learning the consequence of actions, capturing the joy of benevolence and embracing the importance of obedience.
